Purpose: promotion of the Message of the President, programmatic government program documents in the youth environment.

The main task of information advocacy is the civic education of youth through the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The task is to teach young people competent and responsible participation in the political life of the country.

The principle of this project is the principle of “equal to equal”.

The effectiveness of the project is confirmed by the fact that the Zhas Sayasatker group leaves after training and conducting trainings an oriented group of young leaders in the district, which, in turn, continues to train and promote the Message among the youth of the district.

Youth IPG “Zhas Sayasatker” created in all universities of the region, colleges. Unique examples of the Zhas Sayasatker IPG: in RII, a group of young propagandists is active not only in the framework of the university, colleges in Rudny, but also in the nursing home, club of war and labor veterans.

Today, to organize the effective work of the IPG, it is advisable to attract the potential of youth IPO, public associations, youth committees, youth wing “Zhas Otan”, the Small Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.

The uniqueness of the Zhas Sayasatker project in 2009, implemented by the ОО Young Leaders of Kostanay, is that this year a methodological center for training young propagandists based on debate technologies was created, a school for training IPG leaders was launched, the project was launched in colleges and schools in the city of Kostanay

Within the framework of the project, a competition for the best video clip “The Role of Youth in the Implementation of the Message” and a competition for the best billboard “Youth in the Country’s Destiny” were held.

For the first time, young propagandists receive certificates, and for the first time, as an incentive, the best of the best will go to Astana, the capital of our country.

Within the framework of the trip, young propagandists will become participants in the Meeting of the leaders of the youth wings of political parties and youth associations of the states participating in the CIS and SCO, will meet with deputies of the Senate and the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, leaders of the Youth Maslikhat of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Kazakhstan Youth Congress.
