This course includes a detailed introduction to the services of the e-government portal of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Information system “E-Akimat”, Information system «Е-нотариат», State database “Individuals”, State database “Real Estate Register”, Integrated Information system “Public service center”, etc.), as well as skills for solving various tasks of everyday life (doctor’s appointment, registration in a personal account, sending a message in WhatsApp, working with chatbots in Telegram, Facebook and VKontakte, etc.).
