In October 2023, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Process Engineering, Materials and Applied Physics, Head of the Laboratory of Physical Modelling of Metallurgical Processes at the Department of Metal Forming and Engineering Safety of Czestochowa University of Technology, Professor Marcin Knapinski, works at RII within the framework of the programme of inviting foreign scientists to higher education institutions of Kazakhstan, held a series of scientific seminars for young teachers of Rudny Industrial Institute. The topics of the seminars covered such issues as the experience of teaching technical disciplines at Czestochowa University of Technology organisation of scientific activities in the partner university, etc.
During the seminars, the foreign scientist spoke about the Polish education system, the development of the scientific component in the activities of Polish universities. He paid special attention to the work of Polish universities in the context of state regulation of education system development. He noted that at present Czestochowa University of Technology is known for its high quality, and also corresponds to class B+ according to the accreditation classification of universities in Poland. He also shared the experience of conducting scientific research at the University, spoke about the approaches used to carry out research work, and presented the results of the research work. He touched in more detail on the issues of publication activity of scientists of Czestochowa University of Technology spoke about scientific journals recommended for the publication of research results. He gave some examples from his own experience and gave some recommendations to the teachers of our institute.
The participants of the seminar asked the foreign scientist clarifying and interesting questions.
