On approval of the Concept of Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026 and amendments to certain decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In accordance with item 88 of the National Action Plan on realization of the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan from September 1, 2021 “Unity of the people and system reforms – a solid foundation for prosperity of the country”, approved by Presidential Decree № 659 from September 13, 2021, I RESOLVE:
- Approve the attached:
1) The Concept of Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026 (hereinafter referred to as the Concept);
2) Amendments to certain decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Central and local executive bodies, state bodies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as interested organisations (as agreed) responsible for the implementation of the Concept:
1) take measures to implement the Concept;
2) provide information on the implementation of the Concept in the manner and within the deadlines set out in the State Planning System.
- To abrogate certain decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the annex to this Decree.
- The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Counteracting Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service) shall take the measures arising from this Decree.
- The Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be entrusted with the control over the execution of this Decree.
- This Decree shall take effect on the date of its signing.
