Joint educational programs have been developed with MISIS specialists to provide personnel for the new hot briquetted iron production plant. From the 2025-2026 academic year, staff training will begin in the following educational programs:

• Metallized raw materials Production technology (Bachelor’s degree)
• Ferrous Metallurgy (Master’s degree)
• Automation of technological processes and productions (mining and metallurgical complex) (Bachelor’s degree)
• Thermal Engineering of metallurgical processes (Bachelor’s degree)

At the Starooskolsky Technological Institute named after A.A. Ugarov (branch) The National Research Technological University “MISIS” (Stary Oskol) has accumulated considerable experience in training personnel for plants producing hot briquetted iron.
