Implementation of corporate governance principles in the activities of the Industrial Institute of Rudny.

1) Assistance in the formation of the strategy and programs for the development of the institute and their implementation.

2) Assessment of the degree of achievement of the final results.

3) Promoting the functioning and integrated development of the Institute as an innovative research and education, intellectual center.

4) Monitoring the effective use of financial resources, financial reporting.

5) Facilitating the cooperation of the institute with state, public, business, business structures.

6) Promoting the development of international educational, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation of the Institute.

7) Assistance in raising funds for the implementation of the Institute’s development programs.

8) Assistance in the formation of target capital and other funds, the funds of which are used for the development of the institute.

9) Promoting the development of external and internal audit systems of the institute to ensure its competitiveness in the regional, national and international markets for educational services and scientific research.

1) Gives an opinion to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the draft development plan of the institute, on introducing changes and amendments to it.

2) Coordinates the draft report on the implementation of the development plan, preliminarily approves the annual financial statements of the institute.

3) Decides on the distribution of sponsorship and charitable assistance and funds received from additional sources, including part of the net income remaining at the disposal of the Institute.

4) Freely familiarizes with the documentation of the institute and its structural subdivisions to control the targeted use of budget funds and funds received from additional sources, and makes proposals to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to verify the targeted use of these funds.

5) Coordinates the proposals of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the appointment of the Rector of the Institute and the termination of the employment contract with him.

6) Participates in the development of a collective agreement and makes decisions in terms of establishing employees, the rector, vice-rectors, and the chief accountant of allowances for official salaries, bonuses and material assistance from additional financial sources within the limits of funds approved by the development plan.

7) Appoints, determines the term of office and the amount of salary of the Secretary of the Supervisory Board, early terminates his authority.

8) Makes proposals to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on amendments and additions to the statute of the institute.

9) Develops proposals on priority areas of the institute’s activities.

10) Makes proposals to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the participation of the institute in other legal entities.

11) Makes proposals to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the establishment and closure of branches, representative offices of the Institute.
